This was one of the first project that ZJC Renovation undertook upon expanding the business and we are really proud of the final result so as the house owner.

We undertook the asbestos testing prior to demolishing the old bathroom due to the age. Contacted house owner who lives overseas and communicated the game plan for the repairs, tile and accessories selection to set the course of the repair.

The entire project took us approximately 4 weeks from start to finish. Both the builder and the client were extremelly happy with the final outcome of the new and modern bathroom.

We began by removing the old and deteriorated patio structure and replaced with the new hardwood timber patio that the house owner can enjoy to have a great time with their family.

ZJC Renovations completed plaster and paint repairs to the garage in one of the property in Anisle, Canberra.

We carefully removed the fire damaged ceiling amd wall linings and replaced with 10mm plasterboad linings with new cornices, new skirting, new architraves around the door and installing new door. And then painted all the newly installed components.

The result speaks for itself. The newly built garage has become a priod of the house.
